Hesabın hemen silinir. Bu cihazda oyun seni ondan sonra kendiliğinden yeniden bağlamaz, bir sonraki açılışta da; burada yalnızca Oyna'ya ya da Tekrar dene'ye basarsan yeni, boş bir hesap açılır. Oyunun kurulu olduğu ya da hesaba bağladığın başka bir cihazda (ya da oyunu yeniden kurduktan sonra) oyunu açarsan, oyun seni orada kendiliğinden yeni, boş bir hesapla bağlar (Steam ya da Google Play ile giriyorsan o kimlik yeni hesaba kaydolur); silinen hesaptan ona bir şey geçmez (süren bir askı dışında, aşağıda).

Neler silinir

Hesap numaran, adın, bağlı Steam ve Google Play Games kimliklerin, misafir cihaz anahtarlarının özetleri, oturumların, bağlama kodların, puanın, görünümlerin, satın aldıkların ve sipariş kayıtların. Sunucuların hata kayıtlarında geçen adın ve veritabanı yedeklerindeki kaydın en çok 30 gün içinde kendiliğinden silinir. Silme anında bir oyun sunucusunda hesap servisine henüz bildirilemeyen bir oyun puanın bekliyorsa, o kayıt (hesap numaran ve puan) servis onu alınca (genelde birkaç saniye içinde, en geç 7 gün sonra) silinir; servis silinmiş bir hesabın puanını saymaz. Hesabın askıdaysa, askı bitene kadar Steam ya da Google Play kimliğinden servisin gizli anahtarıyla türetilmiş bir kod (özet), askının bitişi ve sebebi kalır.

Deleting your Hücre account

In the game

  1. On the main menu, tap your account badge.
  2. Tap Hesabı sil (delete account) and confirm.

Your account is deleted at once. On this device the game then does not sign you back in by itself, not even at its next start; here only pressing Oyna (Play) or Tekrar dene (Try again) makes a new, empty account. If you open the game on another device where it is installed or that you linked to the account (or after reinstalling it), the game signs you in there by itself with a new, empty account (if you use Steam or Google Play, that identity is stored in the new account); nothing of the deleted account carries over (except a running suspension, below).

If you cannot get into the game

Write to runtimeworldgeneration@gmail.com with the subject "Account deletion". Give your account number (shown in the account panel as "no XXXX-XXXX") or the Steam or Google Play Games account you signed in with. We delete the account within 30 days and let you know.

What is deleted

Your account number, name, linked Steam and Google Play Games identities, the fingerprints of your guest devices' keys, your sign-ins, link codes, score, looks, purchases and order records. Your name in the servers' fault logs and your record in the database backups disappear by themselves within 30 days. If a game score of yours was still waiting on a game server to be reported to the account service when you deleted the account, that entry (your account number and the points) is deleted once the service takes it (normally within seconds, at most after 7 days); the service does not count points for a deleted account. If your account is suspended, a code (a hash) derived from your Steam or Google Play identity with the service's secret key, the suspension's end and its reason stay until it ends.

If you bought something on Google Play in the phone version, the purchase records Unity IAP keeps at Unity are covered by Unity's policy; to have them deleted, write to runtimeworldgeneration@gmail.com and we pass your request on to Unity.

Your purchases go too: Reklamsız (No ads), the Destekçi Paketi (Supporter Pack) and look packs belong to this account; deleting it does not bring them back or refund them. The Steam version's starter set is given again to a new account when you sign in with Steam.

Your Steam and Google accounts are not touched; only your record in this game is deleted.
